• Shipping details: the mailing address where SparkStar's MailVenture issues are sent
• Payment details: processed directly by Stripe
• Account and order details: your plan, order history, and communication preferences

You will also share your name and email when you sign up for our newsletter or contact us.

2. Information About Your Child

We collect only your child's first and last names at checkout. We use it for one purpose: to address the SparkStar's MailVenture issues sent to your home.

• We don't ask for your child's age, birthday, photo, school, or any other details.
• Children can't create accounts, and we don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
• We never sell your child's name, share it for advertising, or use it for marketing.

If we learn that we've collected information directly from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

If you believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll delete it.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our partners collect technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device, operating system, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. • Printing and fulfillment: Cambey & West, which receives your child's first name and your shipping address to prepare and mail each issue of SparkStar's MailVenture
• Shipping: USPS
• Email and website hosting: GoHighLevel and WordPress
• Advertising and analytics partners: such as Meta and Google, which receive technical and browsing data through pixels for measurement and retargeting. They never receive your child's name.

These providers must protect the information and can't use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep account and order information while your subscription is active and for 5 years afterward for records, tax, and legal purposes. We delete your child's first name within 30 days after your subscription ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your Choices and Parental Rights

You can review, update, or delete your information, including your child's first name, at any time in your subscriber account or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your child's name will stop future personalized shipments.

You can opt out of marketing emails anytime by clicking "unsubscribe."

Residents of certain states, such as California and Virginia, may have additional privacy rights. We'll honor requests as required by law.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. International Users

If you access our site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
