Key Terms

• Subscription length: 1 year, including 8 MailVentures
• First-year price: Shown at checkout. Launch rate: $59.99 for subscribers who join by January 31, 2027.
• Renewal price: Shown at checkout. $79.99 per year for subscribers who join at the launch rate.
• Billing frequency: Once a year, on your renewal date
• Payment method: The card or payment method on file
• Statement name: GLOBAL GALACTICS
• Commitment: None beyond the year you've paid for. Cancel anytime.
• How to cancel: Your subscriber account or [email protected]

Your Consent

Before you place your order, we'll show you these terms and ask you to agree to them. By agreeing, you authorize us to charge the renewal price to your payment method each year until you cancel.

Emails We'll Send

• Order confirmation with your plan, price, renewal price, billing frequency, and how to cancel
• Renewal reminder 15 days before you're charged
• Price change notice at least 30 days before any change to your renewal price, so you can cancel first
• Cancellation confirmation when your cancellation is complete

How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime, online, through your subscriber account, or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid the next year's charge, cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time the day before your renewal date.

When you cancel, your subscription won't renew and we'll refund any SparkStar's MailVenture issues you've paid for that haven't shipped. See our Refund Policy for details.

If a Payment Fails

We may retry the charge and pause shipments until payment goes through. We'll email you so you can update your payment method.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions renew automatically. The account, emails, and renewal charges stay with the purchaser, not the recipient.
